A redevelopment of the former River Plate House, Finsbury Circus was undertaken to replace the existing 1980s building with a new design which provides more than 15,000 sq m of Grade A flexible office space.
Slating of Westmoorland green slates to the mansard roof. Structural timber infill above the steel work. Structural insulated panels, bespoke and prefabricated in house in our joinery workshop. All lead work to gutters and capping was undertaken by Richardson’s.
