Richardson’s Supplied and installed 500×300 Spanish slates on 25 x 50 battens and Tyvek fixed to rafters at 400mm centres. Sprocket at change of pitch. Double course at eaves with eaves ventilation, dry vent ridge, mitred hips, Code 5 Lead valley. Bay roof, saddles, weather soil vents. Single ply-lined parapet gutters, lead back gutters in Code 5 and installation of scuppers.
