The development consisted of a new build which included a metsec frame, a brickwork exterior and a single ply flat roof. Installation of Proteus SC Rainscreen cladding infill between the brickwork which consisted of aluminium PPC cassette panels and PPC mesh features. Ground level of the building was designed to contain a new restaurant, this saw the installation of aluminium PPC Proteus SC panels.
