Situated within the historic Guildhall conservation area in the heart of the City of London. The project saw the sensitive refurbishment and restoration of 1-3 and 7-8 Frederick’s Place, and 35 Old Jewry, as part of its master plan for the Mercers’ Company. Richardson Roofing carried out the installation of both the lead and copper dormers, all slating and lead works and also installed the felt and lead flat roofs.
