This was a Residential development which created 201 luxury apartments in Holborn, London. Richardson’s carried out all the waterproofing and green roofing in addition to paving and finishes. The balance pedestals were installed to support a luxury marble paving suspended system, the self-levelling pedestals were designed to accommodate differences in the deck surface below.
